Renamed to Advocate2Advocate with support from community advisory board and organizational board.

2020

Applied for 501c3 status. Developed Intra-Agency Violence workshops. Organizational board recruitment. Hotline implemented. Grew through self-funding to cover hotline, logo, website, application, and email domains.

2019

Unionization research. Outlined Hotline program and goals. Identified funding goals. Discussed 501c3/Social Enterprise Models. Created a Community Advisory Board.

2018

Intra-Agency Violence was defined and research began. Drafted organizational strategic plan and deliverables. Third collective action in the Movement.

2017

Designed Legacy Collective mission and vision statements with a collective leadership model. We began direct advocacy work. Identified research deficiencies. Second collective action in the Movement.

Founded in 2016

Co-founders met as coalition staff and identified common issues in employment history. This time together was a crash course in labor rights and employment activism.
